I've probably been fly fishing almost as long as I've been hunting. Even as a kid, there was nothing better than to grab my rifle or rod after school and lose myself hunting and fishing in the woods of western North Carolina. After all these many years, the allure is still there. And when I'm not outside, I can spend hours by the wood-burning stove tying my own flies.
