Cooking
Cooking has always been important to me...and not just on an open fire while camping or backpacking. I'm pretty handy in the kitchen, I especially like baking. Recently, I've started focusing on how best to use my cooking skills and food choices to keep fit and in good health. I challenge you to read the labels on processed food at the grocery store. You'll be shocked at the number of chemicals and preservatives to say nothing amount of sugar and salt in practically everything. Learn to cook and you give yourself the gift of better health, It tastes better too.
