I am unable to find replacement parts for my Outback Plus 10 oven, but I think I found a portable oven to replace it with. The Bemco oven is an awesome piece of gear that I highly recommend for your outdoor adventures. Lightweight aluminum and fairly rugged, this thing is perfect for motorcycle camping and outdoor cooking.

I own a 1998 Harley Davidson Electra Glide with a sidecar to haul my dog on trips with me. It's a great road machine but it's not meant for off roading. For backwoods trips I decided that I needed something lighter weight. I opted for a 2007 used Russian URAL motorcycle with a sidecar and two wheel drive. All my picnicking gear or camping gear fits neatly into the trunk space of either bike. Now we can go, go, go wherever we want to. Simply because the road or trails exist and we have gasoline to burn. Hey ! I'm older now so if I want to travel gentler terrain I can if I want to. The URAL gets me far enough away from civilization to suit me and the pup just fine.
