Baking Bread in a Self Reliance Outfitters Bush Pot

I recently ordered a large bush pot from Self Reliance Outfitters. This was a great investment as far as I’m concerned. I did try it initially as per the instructions, but found that using it in a manner that I’m used to doing in a cast iron Dutch oven — it works much better.
